UGC Creators / Influencers

Rubert is hiring experienced UGC creators to help train AI models on the tools, workflows, and judgment calls that make creator content actually perform. In this role, you will review, assess, and provide structured feedback on UGC-specific work: briefs, scripts, hooks, shot lists, editing decisions, platform-native formats, and the AI outputs meant to support them. This is a great opportunity for creators with real production experience and strong written communication to shape how AI understands the craft. Required skills: -Experience with Google Docs and comfort working inside structured documents and templates. -Experience with UGC tools, including editing apps, scripting and hook tools, and creator platforms. -Strong document analysis and review skills. -Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines.

A completed college degree in any field. We do not require a specific major, discipline, or institution, and we evaluate every applicant on demonstrated skill rather than academic background. Hands-on experience creating UGC for brands, whether as a freelance creator, in-house creator, or agency creator. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Review and evaluate AI-generated responses across UGC briefs, scripts, hooks, captions, and creator workflows. Provide clear, precise, and well-evidenced written rationales for every judgment you make. Identify nuance, implicit meaning, platform conventions, and gaps in reasoning that a non-creator would miss. Document creator workflows and tool usage in a way an AI model can learn from. Meet quality and throughput standards on each task batch.
