This page is maintained by Rubert to explain what information we collect when you use userubert.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Rubert helps people find AI training work by aggregating public job listings and matching them to your profile. We are not the direct employer for any listed role.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and any password you set when signing in.
• Profile information: skills, experience, and the content of any resume you upload, which we parse to suggest matching jobs.
• Activity: jobs you save, jobs you click to apply to, and whether you confirm you applied.
• Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed to operate the site and keep you signed in.

How we use information

• To match you to relevant AI training jobs.
• To remember the jobs you've saved or applied to.
• To improve the matching engine and the listings we surface.
• To send you transactional email about your account (e.g. sign-in, password reset).

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. When you click "Apply" on a job, you are taken to the external platform that owns that listing. Once you leave userubert.com, that platform's own privacy policy applies. Some outbound apply links are affiliate links; the destination platform may share non-identifying conversion data with us so we can attribute referrals.

Affiliate relationships

Rubert is an independent job aggregator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the platforms or companies whose listings appear on this site. Some outbound "Apply" links are affiliate links, and Rubert may earn a commission when you apply or sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which jobs we show or how we rank them.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service, including hosting, database/auth, and AI inference for resume parsing and job matching. We only share the data needed for each provider to perform its role.

Retention and deletion

We keep your profile and saved jobs for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@userubert.com; we will remove your personal information from active systems within 30 days.

Your choices

• You can update your skills and resume at any time from your profile.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
• You can opt out of non-essential email by replying to any message we send.
