These terms govern your use of userubert.com (the "Service"), operated by Rubert. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What Rubert is

Rubert aggregates publicly available AI training job listings from third-party platforms and helps match them to your skills. Rubert is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. Any contract, payment, or working relationship is strictly between you and the platform you choose to apply to.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't scrape, resell, or republish listings from the Service.
  • Don't attempt to interfere with the Service, other users, or our providers.
  • Don't use the Service to send spam or to misrepresent your identity.

Listings, affiliate links, and earnings

We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate, but pay rates, requirements, and availability are set by the third-party platforms and can change without notice. Some apply links are affiliate links. If you sign up through one we may receive a referral fee from the platform at no cost to you. This never changes your match results or the pay rate the platform offers you.

Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, profile, and other content you submit. You grant Rubert a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, parsing your resume to suggest matches).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a listing will be available, that you will be hired, or that you will earn any particular amount.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubert is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or earnings, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
