Is Rubert a real company or a scam?
Rubert is a job aggregator, not a data-labeling company. We collect publicly posted AI training roles from labs and platforms, organize them in one feed, and match them to your resume. We never ask you to pay to apply, never ask for bank details, and never charge a placement fee.
Who actually pays me?
The platform or lab you apply to pays you directly, on their own schedule and terms. Rubert is not the direct employer for any listed role and is not affiliated with any AI data company.
How does Rubert make money?
Some outbound apply links are affiliate links, meaning a platform may pay us a referral fee if you join through us. That fee comes from the platform, never from your pay, and it does not change how jobs are scored or ranked for you. We also offer optional paid plans for people who want multiple resume profiles.
How much does AI training work actually pay?
